2. How to buy?
Buying from mariomall.com is easy and secure. When you place an order, you can feel confident that your credit card information is protected by our secure server. For every orderable item, there will be an 'add to cart' button. This button adds the item to your shopping cart. Putting something in your shopping cart does not commit you to buying it. After you put something in your basket, you can choose to place the order immediately, or continue shopping. You can put as many items as you want in your shopping basket. When you're finished and want to place the order, you can get back to your shopping cart by clicking on the button in the right top part of our website.

3. Do you have a shop I can visit?
At the moment, we are mail order only. However, there are plans to open a store in the future.

4. Methods of Payment
All transactions are 100% secured and protected by 128-bits SSL technology. PayPal is the authorized payment processor of MarioMall.com. No PayPal account is required. Once your order payment is approved and completed, we will proceed to process and ship your order. We do not accept phone order.

5. International order
We ship to Worldwide using International Airmail except Indonesia, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau and Philippines.

6. Shipping Time

Most in stock orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days with the majority of orders shipping out within 24 business hours. Expect your order to arrive within 4-10 days from the day you placed your order. If you place your order after 12 noon on a Friday your order will not be processed until Monday. Please keep in mind there can be delay's that are beyond our control, such as bad weather conditions, problem processing payment or lost packages. With that said all orders are insured and have either tracking or delivery confirmation so rest assure your orders are safe with mariomall.com. We do everything within our control to expedite every order as soon as possible.

Deliveries to hospitals, hotels, office reception and person handled by third parties are not recommended. These shipments normally go to a general receiving department before being routed internally to the patients and/or guest rooms; Therefore, we do not guarantee hospital/hotel/office deliveries. Sorry, no refunds will be given if the patient and/or guest checks out or cannot be located.


7. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before your payment. However, A cancellation fee USD$ 5 will be charged if you cancel your order after your payment. In addition, order cannot be canceled after the payment was made after 30 mins. Hence, please think carefully before you place your order.

8. Sales Tax & Duties

International customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, charges, or tariffs applied at the time of delivery. We will not attach any invoice or any paper works for all the orders

9. Privacy Policy
We at mariomall.com care about your privacy. All information that you supply during the order process is safe with us. We will not sell or share any information you provide to us.

10. Wholesale

If your are interested to buy our products in wholesale price, please tell us which items you want and the quantity of the items. We will give you the total price (including shipping cost) to you within 5 business days.

11. U.S. Territories/Protectorates/Insular Areas
Ordering for Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands (U.S.), Guam, American Samoa, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, or Federated States of Micronesia. Please check following section. Country field: Select United States from drop-down menu. ZIP Code field: Always double-check for the correct ZIP code.

12. Halloween orders
For customers who want to order costumes for Halloween,

1. In order to receive your order before Halloween, we suggest customer to choose EMS shipping method if you place your order after 9 October.

2. If you put your order after 25 October (even choosing EMS shipping method), your item will be delivered after Halloween.

3. Overnight Delivery is not available.

13. International Shipping Limitations
For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid also, the following items cannot be shipped or Combine for international: irregular oversize or fragile Product. Such as scrolls, Glass type items. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from MarioMall.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

14. Order held by Post Office (Delievery time more than the time stated in invoice)

The time that held by Post Office is uncontrolable and unpredictable by us. However, it will usually take about 8-9 days for delivery. For most of the cases, your local Post Office will delivery your item once you contact them. Provided the tracking number that we given to your local post office and they will delivery your item soon

15. Christmas Order
For customers who want to order costumes for Christmas,

1. In order to receive your order before Christmas, we suggest customer to choose EMS shipping method if you place your order after 3 December.

2. If you put your order after 18 December (even choosing EMS shipping method), your item may be delivered after Christmas.

3. Overnight Delivery is not available.

4. When you place your order with us, you have agreed all terms stated.


16. Overnight Delivery
Overnight Delivery is not available. No refund for customer who did not read this condition. When you place your order with us, you have read and understand that Overnight Delivery is NOT available and agreed all terms stated.

17. Parcel unclaimed by customers

Customers are responsible to provide correct postal address and customers are responsible for your order tracking and for your order collection. If the order was returned due to incorrect address or insufficient information or other reasons, customer have the responsibility to ensure that the parcel is being returned to us. Please DO NOT refuse the package because the post office will not return the package to us. No refund will be issued until we have get the returned parcel back. We will not attach any invoice inside the parcel. If your order was unclaimed and being returned to us, you can :

1. After we received the returned order back (we cannot be sure when your package will be back to us, usually it will take about 30 business days), we will issue the refund to you. Please note that there is a handling cost US$10 and the shipping cost is non-refunable.

2. If you still want your order, we will post out your order again after we receive back you returned item. Shipping and handling cost will be charged again. After we receive your shipping charge, we will post out your order within 48 hours.

18. Exchange/Return Policies

Exchange is available when the following conditions are met:

* The items are damaged during the delivery

* Wrong item is delivered (product has to be unopened/unused.)

* Problems are reported within 2 days after you received the order.

Customers are required to send the items back to us and notify us immediately via email as soon as the problem is found. Exchange will be issued when the returned items are proven to met the above conditions. No return will be accepted without authorization.

No items will be accepted with the reason such as "I don't like the product", or without any proper reasons given. No used cosplay costumes and accessories will be accepted for return. All sales are final.

We do not accept any items that are used or damaged by customers, and returning shipping cost shall be paid by the customer. Shipping fee is not refundable for any orders with errors caused by the customer.

After posting out your return item, customer must inform us the date of posting and provide us the tracking number. No refund will be issued if no tracking number or the date of posting are not provided. In addition, item must be returned within 60 days from the the date you place your order.
